Scientific Leadership Position for Biotechnology Expert

Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies is an exciting company to work with as we strive to become the largest CDMO in Europe, specializing in antibody production.
We are expanding our large-scale facility to include 20 x 20,000L bioreactors for Drug Substance (DS) production and building our first Filling Facility in Denmark.
The Analytical Development department has experienced growth, requiring us to divide our Chemistry team into two teams of eight highly skilled chemists and technicians each. We seek a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead this new Chemistry team and contribute to the AD management team consisting of Chemistry, Bioassay, Project Management, and Raw Materials teams.
This role involves ensuring timely method implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end transfer activities, and maintaining compliance, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.

Professional Qualifications:
- You have a proven track record of leadership experience, preferably over five years.
- You hold a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, or Biology.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience with U/HPLC, CE-SDS, and icIEF would be beneficial.
Compensation Package: The salary range for this position is between €80,000 to €120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
