Senior Technical Project Manager for Biologics Development in Quality Control

Are you a motivated and experienced project manager looking to take on a challenging role in a dynamic company? We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Quality Control team at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to lead method transfer activities related to customer programs. You will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, including QC laboratory and customer relations, as well as contract laboratory organizations. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will enable you to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead meetings with customers and internal QC teams to ensure timely completion of non-compendial and compendial method transfers
- Develop and implement transfer plans, summary reports, and change control procedures
- Review transfer/validation/qualification protocols and reports
- Contribute to optimization projects supporting best Tech Transfer practices, including proactive project management, problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Proven experience in cGMP QC laboratories, pharmacopoeias, and ICH guidelines
- Strong scientific background and experience with method transfer and validation
- Documented ability to ensure strong stakeholder focus and adapt to business needs
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
