About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Experience & Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technical solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement architectural solutions that meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Lead the technical design of customer solutions, ensuring alignment with company principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
- Guide customers through the digital transformation process, providing expert advice and support.
- Develop and maintain technical sales pitches, training organizations, and claiming technical ownership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in architectural work, with a broad knowledge of the IT world.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Experience with Commerce, Content, Data, and Business Architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in clear and concise diagrams.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, with experience in one of the three major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Ability to prioritize security, performance, and privacy when designing software architecture.
- Experience working with external clients and projects, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
