Strategic Communications Partner for Ferry Division and Sustainability Teams

At Kommunikationsforum, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Communications Partner who can bring strategic support to our Sustainability and Decarbonisation teams, as well as our Ferry business division. Our goal is to effectively communicate our business growth and transformation while navigating our transition towards a greener, fossil-free future internally and externally.

About You:

  • You hold a master's degree or equivalent in journalism, communications, or business administration.
  • With at least five years of experience in strategic, internal, and external communications, preferably from a large international or listed company in a complex industry.
  • You have a creative storytelling sensibility and a strong track record in producing high-quality content.
  • Ambitious and proactive, with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen, you're quick to gain in-depth business understanding.

About the Role:

As part of our team, you'll develop and drive strategic communications and deliverables for our Ferry Division and Sustainability and Decarbonisation teams. You'll work closely with executives and senior managers to ensure their communications needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring strategic business priorities are effectively communicated across internal and external channels.
  • Developing, driving, and executing communications and content plans for the business.
  • Fostering social media engagement for the business and relevant senior leaders.
  • Facilitating communications training for key stakeholders and spokespersons.
