We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Brand Communications Director to join our dynamic team at the LEGO Group. As a key member of our in-house creative agency, you will be responsible for leading complex brand strategy and campaigns that inspire kids and grown-ups around the world.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute global branded communication strategies, narratives, concepts, and content across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate closely with strategic, creative, and production leads to ensure on-brief, timely, and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage campaign operations and deliverables, serving as the primary point of contact between Masterbrand colleagues and Our LEGO Agency (OLA) teams.

As a seasoned leader, you will thrive in an independent work environment, juggling multiple projects while fostering strong relationships with colleagues at all levels, including top executives.

About You
  • A proven track record of successfully running multiple portfolios and building senior client relationships in high-profile brand building.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and presentation experience.
  • The ability to translate business and commercial needs into impactful marketing and communication strategies.
