The University of Copenhagen invites applications for a postdoctoral position to work on a project focused on the legal and policy framework for green hydrogen transport innovation ecosystems in the North Sea Region.

About the Position

The position is part of a larger research project aimed at providing a way forward for the challenges faced by green hydrogen ecosystems in the North Sea Region. The researcher will conduct research on the legal and policy framework for green hydrogen transport innovation ecosystems, identify legal and policy gaps across the region, and develop recommendations for addressing these gaps.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Conduct research on the legal and policy framework for green hydrogen transport innovation ecosystems
  • Identify legal and policy gaps across the North Sea Region
  • Develop recommendations for addressing these gaps
  • Work closely with the project team to achieve project objectives

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of the project's research plan, participate in the project's workshops and meetings, and publish research articles in top-tier journals. A strong background in energy and climate change law, as well as excellent research and writing skills, are required.
