Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Business Unit's Leaders/managers to support the delivery of business objectives, proactively identifying needs and implementing HR initiatives.
• Drive and execute all HR activities in partnership with managers: Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Organisation Design, Compensation Planning, Skills Frameworks, Proactive Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion activities.
• Ensure HR key processes are maintained and enforced across the area of responsibility.
• Implement local policies and procedures in compliance with local legal requirements.
• Provide expertise to the BU management team regarding local labor law and practices.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field and 3-5 years of experience as a HR Partner with solid HR Generalist experience from a medium to large international company.
Key qualifications include strong knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, training & development, and employee relations, solid understanding and application of Emotional Intelligence, and excellent communication skills in English and Danish.
