As a Customer Solution Architect, you will be part of our Architecture Services department and join our Customer Solutions Architecture team. You will work closely with other Solutions Architects and Delivery Managers to deliver exceptional service levels to our valued customers. Our team consists of 12 colleagues in Soeborg and Aarhus, and we value a good informal social atmosphere, good relations, and high-quality delivery.

We focus on long-term relationships both in the team and towards the customer, knowing that trust and good relations are cornerstones in service delivery. With over 75 Solutions Architects globally, we ensure a community to create a professional and engaging work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You have a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and the overall IT landscape, ensuring technical parts in contracts covering infrastructure areas are met.
  • You work closely with specialists to guarantee all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • You serve as the customer's trusted advisor and primary contact for technical inquiries, collaborating with Aeven Delivery Management and the rest of the team.

You are responsible for analyzing, reporting, and presenting Availability and Capacity areas as agreed upon with the customer. Your work assignments include providing customer advice and recommendations on services and technologies to support business growth and generate add-on sales.

Your Qualifications and Experience
  • We expect you to hold a relevant degree with supplementary education and 2-5 years of experience as an architect or IT specialist. It's advantageous if you've worked at an IT service provider or large enterprise infrastructure.
  • You possess broad knowledge of operational technologies such as server, storage, database technologies, hardware, virtualization technology, network, and cloud.
  • You know what it takes to ensure availability, capacity, and continuity of IT operations, having knowledge and experience working with ITIL practices.
  • You thrive in a busy, highly professional environment, being structured and focused in your tasks. You make things happen through others, taking initiative and getting your hands dirty when necessary.
  • You can communicate technical issues to management and stakeholders, including customers, while creating sound relations with both internal and external parties.
