Job Title: Senior Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Manager to join our team at HireSparks AV Recruiting. As a Senior Training Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our employees, including product and technology training, soft skills training, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and develop training plans to address these gaps.
  • Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and apply this knowledge to improve our training programs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a technical field.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or organizational development.
  • Certification in a training and development field, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Instructional Designer (CID).
  • Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
