Job Title: Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of large, complex projects and ensuring that client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end service delivery of projects, ensuring that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Act as the day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Provide strategic advice at the project conception stage, including advising on the different approaches that can be adopted to achieve client objectives.
  • Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Produce formal project progress and other reports.
  • Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Business-level English.
  • 1-5 years of experience in project management.
  • A proven track record of delivering project management services across the full project lifecycle with relevant sector experience.
