**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to lead our software development and take our wearable technology to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for finalizing the next version of our app, enabling data collection from test persons via the app, and implementing basic UX to deliver calorie predictions to users.
The first version of our app is 90-95% complete, with the front end written in Dart (Flutter) and the back end in Python. Your primary focus will be on iterating and improving the app to ensure a seamless user experience.
You will also work on maintaining a smooth and safe connection between our hardware prototype, the app, cloud environment, and database. In the long term, you'll have the opportunity to shape your future role based on your interests, whether that means leading our software stack, focusing on app or cloud development, or carving out a new path aligned with your passions and strengths.
