Job Description

The Department of Environmental Science at Aarhus University is seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor in Mass Spectrometry Imaging to join our team. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in mass spectrometry imaging, with a focus on environmental applications.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in mass spectrometry imaging, with a focus on environmental applications
  • Develop and operate mass spectrometry imaging facilities
  • Collaborate with other researchers and groups within the department
  • Supervise students and postdoctoral researchers
  • Publish research findings in top-tier scientific journals
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, environmental science, biology)
  • Experience with mass spectrometry imaging and data analysis
  • Strong publication record and research experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
