Establish Your Career as a Leading Academic in Radiopharmacy

We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor with a strong background in nuclear imaging in oncology and immuno-oncology to join our team at DTU Health Tech. The successful candidate will have a track record in radioligand therapy development and be responsible for leading projects in oncology and immune-oncology development, radioisotope-based therapies, and establishing stronger ties between university, hospitals, and industry.

The ideal candidate will have research interests at the intersection of radiopharmacy, imaging, and medical application of radioligands. As an associate professor, you will contribute significantly to establishing research excellence at the department within nuclear medicine and work closely with the Hevesy Laboratory, the radiopharmaceutical unit of DTU Health Tech.

You will design and manage in vivo studies to support the preclinical evaluation of novel therapeutics and radioligand therapies, collaborating with cross-functional project teams to advance novel imaging diagnostics and radioligand therapies to the clinic. Additionally, you will be responsible for teaching courses and supervising pre- and postgraduate students.

To succeed in this role, you must hold a PhD degree (or equivalent) and academic qualifications equivalent to those obtained by holding an assistant professorship, with documented didactic/pedagogic training. We value candidates with experience in teaching, research, and innovation, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
