About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Brandwatch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding our Salesforce platform to support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive organizational growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to implement best practices, improve system efficiency, and ensure Salesforce aligns with our evolving business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration & Optimization
    • Manage and maintain Salesforce administrative functions, including user profiles, roles, permission sets, and assignment rules.
    • Customize and configure Salesforce flows, validation rules, advanced formulas, and custom objects to support operational needs.
    • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating as necessary while ensuring minimal disruption to users.
    • Oversee system performance, security, and data integrity to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Business Process Support & Collaboration
    • Work closely with Revenue Operations and other stakeholders to enhance Salesforce efficiency and standardize business analytics, tools, and processes.
    • Support cross-functional projects and strategic system changes to improve business operations.
    • Monitor data quality, integrity, and user adoption, implementing necessary improvements.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
    • Implement best practices for data governance and reporting standards within Salesforce.
  • Training & Documentation
    • Develop and deliver user training on Salesforce features and best practices.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, policies, and system configurations.
