Job Description
">- Maintain the integrity of our CRM data, managing user access, refining system customisations, and automating workflows to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to customise Salesforce to meet business processes.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and optimise performance.
- Implement new features and integrations that can significantly enhance operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Proven experience as a CRM administrator, with at least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce environment.
- Minimum certification requirements: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Additional requirements are beneficial such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Certification, etc.
- Proficient in Flow and automations.
- Excellent understanding of CRM principles, practices, strategies, and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in generating CRM reports that influence strategic decisions.
- Proficient in creating user-friendly CRM training materials and conducting training sessions.
