Vi søger en selvstændig og resultatorienteret person til at arbejde som salgskoordinator hos EF Education First. Du vil være ansvarlig for at salg og kundeservice i forbindelse med vores High School Exchange Year-program.
Om jobbetDu vil være en del af et team, der er ansvarlig for at sælge og markedsføre vores programmer til studerende og forældre i Danmark. Du vil være ansvarlig for at yde god kundeservice og salg, samt for at hjælpe med at planlægge og eksekvere events og andre opgaver i forbindelse med vores programmer.
Ansvarsområder- Leverer på dine salgsmål og yde god kundeservice via telefonen og personlige møder.
- Eksekvering af events som f.eks. forberedelses arrangementer, informationsmøder m.m.
- Håndtering af kundesupport mens eleverne er afsted.
- Administrative opgaver i forbindelse med vores kunder.
- Repræsentere EF Education First og vores programmer på skolebesøg, messer og informationsmøder i Danmark.
- Du har erfaring med salg og direkte kundekontakt.
- Du besidder relevant uddannelse, gerne bachelorgrad.
- International erfaring (arbejde eller studie).
- Du elsker at yde kundeservice i verdensklasse og vil gerne gøre en ekstra indsats for at opfylde kundernesønsker.
- Du er resultatorienteret og har et entrepreneurial mindset med en 'nothing is impossible'-attitude.
- Du er en holdspiller, som er god til at tage initiativ til opgaver og til at skabe positiv energi omkring dig. Samtidig trives du med at arbejde selvstændig med dine opgaver fra start til slut.
- Du er fleksibel og har ikke noget imod lidt skæve arbejdstider.
- Du har dansk som modersmål og dygtig til at kommunikere på engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
- Arbejde i en international og dynamisk atmosfære.
