About the Role:

As a key member of the CBRE Facilities Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement and maintain procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  2. Respond to client inquiries, collect work orders, and provide timely updates on progress and performance.
  3. Monitor and maintain accurate records of work orders, proposals, and department files.
  4. Ensure compliance with waste disposal and recycling regulations.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors to resolve issues and provide support.
  6. Utilize established procedures to resolve routine problems and improve processes.
  7. Deliver high-quality results by following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Ability to follow established work routines and standards.
  3. Effective communication skills to exchange information.
  4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  5. Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  6. Basic math skills to perform calculations and analyze data.
