As a Quality Assurance Team Lead at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S, you will play a key role in setting direction, motivating, and developing a team of experienced professionals.

The position requires someone who is driven by complex challenges and has a broad area of responsibility in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work performed in QA Supporting Function is compliant to rules and regulations (GMP and compliance, current industry practice, and authorities' expectations).

You will lead 7-9 experienced and highly qualified professionals, and together with the team, you will be responsible for driving agreed operational plans, ensuring resources for, and balancing priorities according to overall tasks and deadlines. Decision-making in relation to quality and planning towards our stakeholders is also a critical aspect of this role.

The team handles classic QA tasks such as deviations, CAPAs, and change control but is also heavily involved in different project and optimization processes at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you are expected to act as a role model demonstrating a strong quality mindset and to support anchoring of our culture in the growing organization.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Experience with people management of highly skilled employees preferably within a GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry
  • An academic background e.g., Pharmacist, Chemical Engineer, Chemist, etc., or other relevant background
  • A background from QA, QC, or Production Support
  • An interest in developing your leadership skills
  • Full proficiency in Danish

About the department: QA Supporting Functions is a part of the QA & RA department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. The department currently consists of 29 employees working diligently to support the entire value chain, from Research & Development to Production and finally Sales & Marketing.
