Offensive Security Consultant - Nordhavn

Your role

As an Offensive Security Consultant at itm8, you'll have the freedom to shape your daily work and help develop our offensive services in the Security Consultancy Division. Here, you will work independently with companies and organizations at a high professional and technical level.

You will be part of a dynamic team of talented people with a great passion for Cyber Security within Red Teaming, Blue Teaming, and enterprise infrastructure/application hardening. The position is based at our office in Nordhavn in Copenhagen with the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities
As an Offensive Security Consultant, you will have four primary responsibilities:

• Providing a wide variety of clients with high-quality consultancy advice and support.
• Collaborate with old and new customers about how we can help them in any way.
• Perform Red Team Penetration Testing, Red Team TIBER Test, Purple Team Test, and Adversary Simulation at a high technical level, including evasion techniques and automated C2 infrastructure.
• Perform Assumed Breach scenarios, Penetration Testing, testing arbitrary services, and web application tests at a high technical level.

Besides your overall responsibility, your day-to-day duties typically include:

• Generate client assessments, feedback, reports, and certificates within service level agreement targets.
• Generate leads by engaging with existing and new potential clients and customers.
• Work independently with companies and organizations at a high professional and technical level.
• Red Teaming, Adversary Simulation, and Penetration Testing.
• Representing itm8 Cyber security department at customer locations.

We're
looking for a teamm8 who

• Possess more than 3+ years' experience working with Red Team (TIBER-DK) in a role as Red Team Manager, Red Team Operator, Offensive Security Specialist, or Penetration Tester.
• Are proficient in utilizing both open-source and commercial tools and understand the benefits of leveraging the tool in question to aid in your penetration testing methodology.
• Enjoy taking responsibility. You can take the lead on a customer project by yourself but thrive being part of a team.
• Hold relevant offensive security certifications like OSEP, OSED, CRTO, CRTO2, CRTE, OSWE, eWPTX (v2), CPTS, CWEE, or equivalent and have a strong desire to keep and expand your skill set.
• Evasion techniques and automation of infrastructure for offensive use.
• Full working proficiency in English.

• You are familiar with the development of offensive security tooling and SDLC.
• You are familiar with developing applications in C#, C++, or Go.
