Finance Specialist

You'll play a key role in improving and supporting our global finance processes - helping ensure that our business runs smoothly with reliable financial solutions.

YOUR TEAM
You'll join our Finance Solutions Team, part of Group Finance at BESTSELLER. The team is made up of 9 dedicated specialists responsible for our global finance systems and integrations across the organization. Together, we focus on maintaining, enhancing, and continuously developing BESTSELLER's finance ERP platforms, primarily SAP S/4HANA and Xsuite, to meet the evolving needs of the business and ensure efficiency and compliance.

As part of the team, you'll help ensure that our solutions support smooth business operations and comply with reporting standards, legal requirements, and internal processes.

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will help operate, support and develop finance processes in SAP S/4HANA. You will be close to the business, collaborating with finance colleagues and stakeholders across brands and markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support daily finance operations in SAP S/4HANA and assist end-users across our global finance landscape.
• Ensure smooth processes for our business within Bank & Payments, while also contributing to other finance areas.
• Maintain and support integration within our finance systems, making sure that integrations & connections within our bank setup run efficiently in SAP S/4HANA.
• Take part in global projects aimed at optimising and standardising finance processes. You'll also be encouraged to share your knowledge and ideas, helping the team and the wider business work smarter together.
• Translate finance needs into system solutions by collaborating closely with colleagues in both Finance, TECH, and our brands.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a background in finance and a genuine interest in how systems can improve processes. You don't need to be an SAP expert yet - what matters most is your curiosity and eagerness to learn.

You bring strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to optimize and simplify the way things are done. You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different teams, functions, and markets.

We imagine that you:

• Have around 1–6 years of experience within finance, accounting, audit, or IT operations, and you're ready to take the next step in your career.
• Have experience working with ERP systems – SAP S/4HANA is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Are comfortable working in a global environment and enjoy collaborating across cultures and teams.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken – it's our corporate language and ensures that everyone is included.
