Join our Business Finance Team
As our Business Controller, you will become part of our Business Finance team consisting of 7 colleagues. Together we aim towards ensuring a strong financial position within the organization, where we wish to serve as a vital and trusted advisor. The team is primarily located in Silkeborg.

Business Controller Eager to Take the Lead as a Trusted and preferred Partner
As a Business Controller, you will get a diverse and challenging job, where you will help us automate and optimize our processes in order to free up time to really step into the business partner role. Further, we have started the Power Bi journey, but we need your help to take us to the next level. 

Your work tasks will consist of the following:

• Take ownership of our Power BI journey and see it through to success by further developing valuable reports that are used throughout the organisation
  o    Optimize our processes by challenging ways of working.  Build models and reports to create transparency and data-driven decision-making and facilitate the dialogue towards our ERP team to better utilize the system.
• Act as a business partner by offering insights that enhance performance and growth.
• Delivering and presenting analyses, budget forecasts, and models, ensuring complex data is communicated clearly and accessible.

Your profile
We imagine that you have a relevant educational background in economics, business administration, or similar, combined with 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within operations, supply chain, or FP&A. 

Moreover, we hope that you bring: 

• Experience in business partnering and financial planning
• A solid understanding of financial principles and performance management
• Superuser in MS Excel and Power BI (SQL and data models is considered an advantage)
• Familiarity with financial systems and process development

As Sinal deals with critical infrastructure, there might be a need for a background check during the recruitment process.
