What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute internal communication initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage internal communication projects, events, and activities across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
  • Maintain and improve internal communication channels (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Support management and departments with communication needs and cross-border projects.
  • Collaborate with external partners (agencies, event organizers) to deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage internal communication budget and ensure timely delivery of content.

What We're Looking For

  • Higher education in communication, journalism, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in internal communication, PR, or marketing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to handle complex information flows
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different departments and divisions
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and coordinating across borders.
  • Technical skills: SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint; photo editing is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); Nordic language skills are an advantage.
