Therefore, we are looking for a Project Manager to our Global Facility team to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team

As our new Project Manager in Global Facility Management, you will take the lead on significant construction, refurbishment, and facility-related projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely, and with optimal cost-effectiveness. You will work in close cooperation with local site managers to plan, execute, and complete projects that support our operational needs and long-term strategic goals.

Your primary workplace will be divided between our sites in Grenaa and Lystrup, while you can also expect involvement in projects in Søborg and on occasion at Terma's external locations. Therefore, travel days should be expected.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Facility Management and become part of an experienced and collaborative Global Facility team consisting of 26 dedicated colleagues who support and develop our global site portfolio.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing construction and rebuilding projects of varying scale from planning to completion
• Leading the planning and design of major initiatives, such as the implementation of new ventilation or technical facility systems
• Building strong, value-creating collaborations with external craftsmen and suppliers
• Developing project schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring effective project follow-up
• Negotiating and finalizing supplier agreements to secure the best solutions for Terma
• Handling procurement activities in close collaboration with Terma's Purchasing Department

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in both Danish and English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who:

• Holds an educational background as a structural engineer, construction technician, or building constructor
• Has at least 1 year of experience as a project manager within construction or facility projects
• Has experience with design work, including solid knowledge of building regulations
• Possesses a basic understanding of technical installations
• Is comfortable working closely with craftsmen and external partners
• Has experience participating in, and ideally leading, construction meetings
• Has strong financial understanding and ensures that budgets are planned, monitored, and adhered to
