Therefore, we are currently looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our partner-team for Integrated Product Development (IPD) to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our Team

As our new People Business Partner in IPD, you will play a key role in driving organizational success and supporting leadership across one of Denmark's most advanced technology environments, spanning both hardware and software. The organization is complex and growing, which requires a strong focus on organizational and leadership development.

You will be part of a dedicated People Business Partner team of five, working closely with colleagues in People Operations, People Development, and other Terma Group functions to ensure that the people agenda supports business priorities. You will report to the Head of People Business Partnering and work closely with a selected group of leaders in IPD.

Terma is accelerating its transformation from a hardware-focused defense supplier to a technology-driven company, and you will play an important role in supporting this journey. Your primary workplace will be in Lystrup; however, you can expect occasional presence at our other Danish sites in Soeborg and/or Grenaa.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

In this position, you will be an integrated member of the leadership team. You will use analytical insight, coaching skills, and business understanding to help leaders make informed people decisions and ensure that our organization continues to evolve and perform.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leadership Team Member:
  Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in IPD and one or more leadership teams on operational, tactical, and strategic people matters
• Operational People Support:
  Support leaders in personnel matters and ensure alignment with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and participate in local shop agreement negotiations
• Annual Cycle Activities:
  Drive and anchor key activities such as performance management, development dialogues, and wellbeing initiatives that strengthen individuals and teams
• Guidance and Coaching:
  Coach and advise leaders throughout the employee journey – from attraction to exit – ensuring compliance with policy, procedure, and legislation
• Strategic Implementation:
  Implement initiatives within talent development, career paths, and culture building that support Terma's overall People Strategy
• Organizational Optimization:
  Identify and address organizational challenges, facilitate effective change, and ensure alignment between business goals and people initiatives
• Champion Diversity
  : Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and psychological safety, ensuring every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute

• A minimum of five years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar role within a medium or large company, preferably with experience from tech environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with both leaders and employee representatives
• A proven ability to turn strategic priorities into practical actions and to act as a hands-on, forward-looking sparring partner to leadership
• Solid experience in leadership development at all levels – the ability to coach, nurture, and develop leaders is an advantage
