There is a big global interest in our product, and to supercharge the potential, we are now hiring the best customer engagement talent for our Customer Success Team. At the heart of our strategy is keeping customers excited and guiding them to get the most out of being a Veo customer. We achieve this through automated communication at scale, being as proactive as possible in our interactions with customers.

• Help bring Veo's customers to value by driving personalised interactions at scale
• Ensure seamless processes for our Adoption & Engagement Specialists
• Evaluate automation performance and identify places for improvement
• Run experiments across different phases in the customer lifecycle
• Ensure localisation across 9 languages
• Combine data sources to create personalized customer engagement
• Maintain current automations
• Project management of cross-department tasks and projects

• Prior experience with ActiveCampaign or similar marketing automation tools is preferable
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Flair for data, and how data is stitched together - this will help you in personalized communication and segment creation
• Understanding and interest in designing and delivering superior customer experiences
