Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the end-to-end marketing delivery process, contribute to major product launches, and help shape the future of innovative LEGO play experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive key projects forward and ensure our marketing execution is timely, cohesive, and impactful. The core responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Interactive Platform Marketing Team in delivering the platform to global markets.
  • Drive assigned delivery projects with clear timelines, risk management, and partner alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop marketing plans and assets that support platform objectives.
  • Develop packaging and product copy in partnership with global franchise leads and creative agencies.
  • Maintain strong communication channels across teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements that enhance efficiency within the Interactive Platform Marketing Team.

The Interactive Platform Marketing Team drives some of LEGO's most innovative play platforms, blending creativity, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be part of a passionate team that values curiosity, co-creation, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional play experiences. Your role supports the broader organization by ensuring our product storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market execution are consistent and impactful.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within asset development, packaging, or product marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and personal impact, with the ability to deliver results both independently and as part of a team.
  • Works independently on assigned workstreams but seeks guidance on complex challenges.
  • Supports decision-making processes with data and structured thinking.
  • Operates within established frameworks while contributing ideas for improvements
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple partners effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience with innovation processes and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the Interactive Platform and its strategic goals.
