Your role:
As the Director Global Strategic Accounts, you will be instrumental in shaping our relationships with our largest customers. You will develop and execute a multi-year global Process Solutions strategy that ensures a differentiated customer experience. This position holds strategic responsibility for a critical Global Strategic Account (GSA), where you will be accountable for the global performance of the entire Process Solutions Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing global revenue and consolidated sales forecasts, driving commercial agreements, and leading pricing negotiations. The purpose of this role solves the challenge of aligning customer needs with innovative solutions by fostering strategic partnerships that enhance our mission and vision.

Who You Are

  • BS degree with 15+ years in Life Science or a related industry
  • Experience in strategic/key account management and managing large global accounts in the Life Science, Pharma, and/or Chemical industry
  • Proven business development and negotiation skills, including closing significant deals
  • Strong strategic and creative thinker with a high level of independent drive for results
  • High level of customer focus and ability to build effective relationships based on integrity and trust
  • Experience working with top management to gain support for new initiatives
  • Excellent presentation skills for senior business audiences
  • Ability to manage complex budgets and design effective business plans that lead to action
  • Proficient in project management with complex scheduling and multi-stage implementation
  • Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to analyze and validate complex information
  • Adaptable to change and able to adjust approaches based on new demands
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 30%
