Copenhagen Metropolitan Area, Denmark INVISIO Full time

Do you thrive in a fast-paced technical environment where structure, stakeholder management, and delivery are key?

We're looking for a proactive individual to join our R&D department as a Technical Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the glue between product deliveries, internal stakeholders, and project momentum, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

We offer a high-responsibility role with broad exposure and ownership of your own tasks. You'll be part of a collaborative and fast-moving team, where your ability to keep things on track will make a real difference.

About the job

As our new Technical Delivery Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that product deliveries are executed smoothly and on time. You'll work closely with stakeholders across R&D, Supply chain, Sales and NPI to keep everyone aligned and informed.

You'll also play a key role in supporting project deliveries and technical planning and coordination across multiple critical projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage product deliveries in connection with Sales orders and ongoing projects.
  • Align internal development resourses with the NPI team on Prototypes builds.
  • Maintain alignment with Sales, Programs, and Product Managers to ensure expectations and timelines are clear.
  • Identify suitable stakeholders and manage status meetings – including note-taking and follow-ups.
  • Keep structure and overview in a dynamic environment with many critical parallel projects in motion.

About you

  • You have a technical background (e.g., within Product Development, Manufacturing coordination, NPI, mechanical engineering, or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience related to technical product development or Manufacturing.
  • You thrive on driving progress and taking ownership.
  • You are a structured "doer" with a pragmatic mindset, can make agreements, and get things done.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can handle demanding stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Comfortable navigating a broad stakeholder landscape.
  • Fluent in Danish and proficient in English, both in speaking and writing, since English is our company's primary language and used for all documentation.

The following will enhance your candidacy:

  • Have experience from a production environment and supply chain processes.
  • Have experience with NPI processes and technical documentation.
  • Thrive with fast paced deliveries and able to navigate between changing priorities

What we offer

  • An independent and challenging job in an international, innovative company.
  • A workplace where you can grow professionally and personally, with opportunities for future development to achieve your career goals.
  • A flexible work schedule, primarily from HQ in Copenhagen, with the ability to sometimes work from home.
  • A culture of high trust, competency, teamwork, and passion, where everybody has a high degree of freedom.

The position is based in our HQ in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, and cannot be handled remotely or hybrid. We do not offer relocation assistance.
