About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. You'll play a vital role in shaping and delivering campaign materials across multiple digital channels — from the first spark of an idea to the final optimized asset. This role is perfect for a creative with a strong eye for design, animation, technical expertise in content automation, and a passion for creating impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Ideation & Creation

  • Develop and unfold campaign materials for product launches.
  • Prepare rough drafts, visual concepts, and present storyboards.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all output is aligned with our brand platform, CVI, and tone.
  • Edit videos, design animations, GIFs, and produce moving branded content that captures attention across channels.

Finalization & Execution

  • Manage and drive scalable campaign production as the lead user of Celtra (our automation software).
  • Edit and retouch video and image content for multi-platform use.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels.
  • Revitalize existing content with fresh graphics, motion design, and animations.
  • Adapt creative into multiple video versions and formats to optimize for different platforms & markets.
  • Develop and maintain templates and asset libraries in Celtra for reusability.

What We're Looking For

Strong background in graphic design, motion design, and video editing.

Proven experience with Celtra (automation software) or similar creative automation tools.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Experience in creating content for digital platforms including SoMe and e-commerce.

Eye for detail in translations, formatting, and output optimization.

Ability to balance creativity with consistency and brand guidelines.

Comfortable juggling multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
