The B2B Digital Brand Activation Manager is part of the Digital Business Development unit located in the Channel Department in the Nordic & Baltic organization and is pivotal in accelerating online sell-out growth through key regional partners and enhancing overall customer experience through seamless operations and strong partner collaboration.

The primary responsibility is to develop online business with "professional" partners via challenging the current setup and work on identifying initiatives that can develop the business for both parties. (The position is a commercial role rather than a marketing one )

What you will be doing:
  
1. Support & develop the business: 
Drive the implementation of GROHE's Digital strategy with key partners across the Nordic & Baltic region — turning plans into results with customers

2. Digital Trade Marketing: 
Strengthen GROHE's digital presence with key business partners through content excellence, product listings, CRO initiatives in close collaboration with KAMs.  

3. Data & Insights: 
Consolidate and analyse data to identify opportunities across markets and partners  

In other words - you'll be the hands-on colleague who turns plans, data, and content into real online performance with our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 3-5 years work experience with ecommerce focusing on conversion
  • Experience with developing sales in an online ecosystem
  • Commercial mindset
  • Solid data and analytical skills, enabling to translate data to easily understandable actions
  • Self driven and motivated with a high level of taking responsibility
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Super user Excel / Google Office
  • Fluent in English on business level
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages
  • Ability to travel domestic and international (Europe) approx days yearly.
