Holstebro Mejeri er et centralt produktions site for smør og smørblandingsprodukter i Arla. Vi er et dynamisk mejeri, der producerer både til ordre og lager, hvilket stiller høje krav til vores produktionsudstyr og effektivitet. Kontinuerlig optimering af processer og bedst mulig udnyttelse af råvarer er en integreret del af vores kultur.

Om jobbet

Som Operations Coordinator får du en centralrolle i at sikre høj produktkvalitet og i at drive den løbende udvikling af vores smørprodukter. Du bliver ansvarlig for optimering af produktionen, indkøring af nye produkter og stabil drift på tværs af anlæg.

Dine arbejdsopgaver omfatter:

  • Ansvar for kvaliteten og optimering af smørrecepter samt indkøring af nye produkter
  • Vedligeholdelse af systemer, standarder og arbejdsinstruktioner for smørrecepter og processer
  • Afhjælpe tekniske udfordringer i produktionen og indkøre nyt udstyr
  • Opfølgning på produktionsdata, kvalitetsresultater og forbedringstiltag
  • Tæt samarbejde på tværs for stabil drift og forbedringer

For at lykkes i rollen er det vigtigt, at du kan skabe stærke relationer og kommunikere på flere niveauer, da tæt samarbejde på tværs af organisationen er afgørende for at nå i mål.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har en fødevarefaglig baggrund, fx mejerist, mejeriteknolog, ingeniør eller lignende, og brænder for at udvikle og forbedre smørprodukter
  • Forstår tekniske produktionsprocesser og har erfaring fra fødevare eller procesindustri.
  • Arbejder analytisk og har kendskab til LEAN og forbedringsmetoder.
  • Besidder gode IT-kundskaber; erfaring med RMS, SAP og MDE er en fordel.
  • Er struktureret, prioriterer opgaver og projekter sikkert og tager initiativ til optimering.
  • Kommunikerer godt og trives i tæt samarbejde med fokus på fødevaresikkerhed, hygiejne og standarder, fx HACCP.
