As a GenAI Strategy Consultant in our GenAI Business Management & Implementation (BMI) team, you will play a critical role in executing on our GenAI strategy. This includes tracking progress, driving executive-level reporting, and ensuring alignment across the organization. You will help turn strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes by consolidating roadmaps, monitoring KPIs, and providing transparency to senior leadership.

The Role

  • Strategy Execution & Governance:
  • Drive execution of the GenAI strategy by consolidating initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain and update the GenAI strategy execution roadmap with clear milestones and dependencies.
  • Executive Reporting & Transparency:
  • Prepare high-quality executive reporting materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Track and report on KPIs, OKRs, and progress against strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate closely with the GenAI Tribe and colleagues across Tech to ensure initiatives stay on track and aligned.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and provide clarity on priorities and dependencies.
    Market & Trend Awareness:
    Stay informed on GenAI trends and benchmarks to ensure our execution and executive reporting narrative remains competitive and relevant.

About you

  • 3-7 years of experience in strategy execution, business management, or consulting, ideally within financial services or technology.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and their business applications.
  • Ability to effectively manage strategic portfolios, track KPIs, and prepare executive-level reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.
  • Methodical approach with strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
    Proficiency in creating visually compelling presentations and dashboards for executive audiences.
