What can you expect?

During the Discovery Day, no two moments will be alike. You will collaborate with peers on case challenges, meet our consultants, and explore the different opportunities within Technology & Transformation. Among other things you will:

• Work on case exercises and tackle real-life client challenges with peers
• Meet our consultants and hear their career stories first-hand
• Explore our tech teams - from AI and data to ERP and digital platforms - and discover where your skills and interests fit in
• Get the chance to move forward: based on the day, selected participants will be invited to individual interviews with the possibility of a job offer in the following period

Our offerings include:

• AI & Data - From strategy to hands-on implementation, we help clients harness the full power of data and AI. Backed by our global network and decades of experience, we drive innovation that turns insights into real impact.
• Engineering - Whether as a developer, project manager, product or agile specialist, Engineering is the offering in Deloitte that takes ideas and requirements and builds them into fully implemented custom solutions.
  
  Not only do we advise our customers on the implementation of new systems and designs, we also implement, manage and operate bespoke solutions to develop and / or modernize applications.
  
  Due to client requirements, proficiency in Danish is required to work in Engineering.
• ServiceNow – We combine strategic consulting, process design, and hands-on tech implementation. By streamlining and automating processes, we design, tailor, and deploy solutions that drive efficiency and enable future-ready IT.
• Customer - We help organizations improve or transform their front-office by implementing CRM solutions that deliver seamless digital experiences across sales, marketing and service for both users and customers.
• Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions, Public – We strive to shape and develop the welfare state of the future by helping our public sector clients transform and optimize their core business processes. To do so, we combine deep public sector specific business expertise with innovative technology in transformative ways.
• Cyber - From strategy and risk management to advanced technical solutions, we enable organizations to anticipate, withstand, and respond to cyber threats with confidence.
• Technology Strategy & Transformation - We unlock business value through technology strategy, innovation, enablement and adoption. We deliver technology transformation programs and capabilities to clients.

Who are we looking for?

At Deloitte, we look for people with curiosity, drive, and passion for combining business and technology to create impact for our customers. In addition to this, you see yourself as a problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges, a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and a passionate learner eager to grow your skills and career.

You are also:

• A soon-to-be or recent graduate (with up to 2 years of experience) within Computer Science, Engineering, IT or Business IT
• In possession of a valid Danish work and residence permit
