Solutions Engineer

About the Role:

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to ensure smooth, efficient, and scalable implementation and use of our candidate and employee-focused platform and integrations. This position combines a commercial approach, technical expertise, and project management to drive successful implementations, optimize system integrations, and consult our customers on best use of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale technical implementation projects from post-sale through go-live, ensuring seamless ATS (applicant tracking system) integrations with the candidate experience platform.
• Configure APIs, webhooks, SSO, and data mappings between client ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters, etc.) and internal systems.
• Manage sandbox environments, troubleshoot integration errors, and coordinate testing and QA cycles.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, data flow diagrams, and playbooks.
• Serve as the
  technical point of contact

for clients during onboarding and early adoption stages.
- Monitor integrations and provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to improve integration capabilities and customer outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to define integration requirements, workflows, and technical specifications, and to optimize the implementation process.
- Partner with Sales to translate client business needs into scalable technical solutions, while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Support pre-sales activities when needed by demonstrating technical feasibility or conducting integration assessments.

What you'll bring:

• You've spent some time in Solutions Architecture, Integration Engineering, or similar hybrid technical-commercial roles
• You have experience managing 5-10 new customer implementations at a time, at varying stages and sizes
• You have an analytical and risk-managing mindset, with experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and project management tools like ClickUp or JIRA to forecast and prioritize your work
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Customer-facing teams, Sales, Support/Onboarding, and Product
• Deep experience with integrations: you've worked with tools like Zapier, integrated REST or GraphQL APIs with customer-facing BI tools (like Tableau or PowerBI), and know your way around error-tracking and logging tools (like NewRelic or Sentry).

Bonus points if you have:

• Solutions planning playbooks and frameworks are already built into your way of working
• Experience in HR, recruitment & talent acquisition, or consultancy are a plus
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and navigating their integrations with other platforms
• Experience in using SQL and document databases
