Strategic Procurement Specialist
NRB.
Your role:
- Prepare and conduct negotiations with third-party suppliers (both direct and indirect).
- Support tendering and bidding processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Project Managers) on sales opportunities and project implementations.
- Manage supplier qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external legislation.
- Update supplier master data and coordinate collection of relevant documentation.
- Deliver and follow up on key performance indicators and objectives.
- Participate in continuous process improvements and system updates.
Your expertise:
- Strong negotiator with a keen sense of commercial acumen.
- Solid commercial, financial, and contractual understanding.
- High degree of ownership – capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and skilled at building relationships across functions.
- Contribute to implementation of new digital solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
- Fluent in English language, both spoken and written (Scandinavian language is an advantage)
Your qualifications:
- Relevant educational background and experience in procurement/supply chain.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS 365 applications and financial tools (SAP Procurement experience is an advantage)
