Job Description

Are you ready to drive innovation and creativity in packaging development for one of the world's most beloved brands? As a Senior Marketing Manager in our Cross-Franchise Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our iconic products to life both in-store and online.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop insights-based, global direction for packaging development across franchises from a marketing perspective to ensure world-class quality in the packaging design

  • Drive and develop insights-based direction for the marketing engagement pages within building instructions, ensuring clear value driven through these pages

  • Lead or participate as the global marketing representative in cross-franchise packaging and marketing page initiatives, e.g. in relation to sustainability, D&I, and customers

  • Grow expertise of full team by leading internal expert groups on packaging development and on marketing engagement pages in building instructions

  • Drive the cross-franchise insights agenda and research in your areas of expertise and recommend future initiatives to Senior Leadership

  • Insist on insights-based and outside-in perspective as well as strong analysis of our performance on packaging development

  • Drive, develop and optimize the packaging and marketing page development processes working closely with key partners in Our LEGO Agency, LEGO Building Experience and Portfolio Management

You will join the Cross-Franchise Marketing team based from our office in Billund. We are a dedicated team of 23 marketeers who work across various product lines. We ensure a streamlined approach and outstanding partnering with internal and external partners so that we deliver world class output in key marketing fields within business cases and core marketing asset deliverables. We have a strong team spirit and building expertise in the team is important for us and you will play a key role in this.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communication etc.

  • Proven marketing experience

  • Demonstrated experience and strong interest in driving packaging expertise from a marketing perspective

  • Experience or high interest in working cross-franchise and with process development

  • Significant stakeholder management experience preferably from a global, cross functional organization
