Are you into complex systems and planning processes? And are you interested in supporting our business with your expert knowledge and support implementations of process- and system improvements?
Then we offer you the chance of working with our OMP+ planning system. We use OMP+ as the backbone for global planning. Successful execution and global use of OMP+ is an imperative part of Coloplast's supply chain strategy.
Join a team with high impact
Joining global Supply Chain Development at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will work closely with a team of 6 process- and system specialists to make a sustainable impact on global planning. The position is part of the Advanced planning system (APS) team.
"You will step into a highly skilled team of Development Managers. In this role you will learn about all planning levels of our business and all aspects of OMP+. In other words, if you are driven by great teamwork and a job with a steep learning curve and high impact, you might be our new colleague" says Helle Skøtt, Director of Supply Chain Development.
In your role you will work as an internal consultant supporting global users and participate in projects with your OMP+ expert knowledge. Through this you will secure high quality in our planning processes and our future usability of OMP+.
Become and OMP+ specialist
The Development Manager will cooperate closely with Headquarter Supply Chain functions, Global IT and manufacturing sites. - Translate user inputs into future OMP+ system requirements
Process- and system interest combined with strong stakeholder management skills
Preferably you have experience with Advanced Planning Systems and knowledge about planning processes. As a person you are structured, patient, energetic, and persistent and enjoy working with various stakeholders globally.
We expect you have:
- A master's degree within Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- High interest in working with systems and supporting users on daily basis
- Good process understanding and the desire to learn bridging processes and systems
- An extensive interest in systems and the ability to deep dive into technical details
- A wish to broaden OMP+ knowledge globally through change management activities, e.g. by performing user training and secure user documentation of high quality
- Excellent stakeholder management- and communication skills
- You are fluent in English
Finally, you are excited about working with international colleagues and enjoy the flexibility of working across time zones. Depending on the need, you will get the possibility to travel to our manufacturing sites.
