Head of Launch within Supply Chain Planning

Welcome to Supply Chain Planning

From our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be heading a team of 7 skilled colleagues – the Supply Chain Launch team. The Launch team is one of 4 teams within the Supply Chain Planning division, and the Launch managers follow products from early development all the way to market by building and executing project plans for Supply Chain Management deliverables, ensuring that we reach project milestones and launch on time.

Furthermore, you will become a part of the management team in Supply Chain Planning, where we ensure governance and execution of launch project planning. 

Empower and develop your team 

As the new Head of Launch, your overall role will be to act as a solid support for your team. Doing so, you will be the one navigating complex, strategic choices together with the team, ensuring that project deliverables are met and that we continue our journey towards a more standardized launch planning approach. 

You will:

• Guide, lead and support the team, ensuring that your team members thrive, perform and develop
• Ensure that Supply Chain deliverables to launch projects are met
• Drive launch project governance within the Launch team
• Continuously develop and enhance project execution methodology for the launch processes
• Maintain and build your international supply chain stakeholder network – including the possibility to travel to mostly European sites on a quarterly basis

• Have some supply chain experience or understanding
• Have a holistic and wide business perspective, enabling you to understand strategic goals and reframe them for tangible actions
• Have the professional and personal stamina to negotiate with and handle internal stakeholders on all levels
• Are fluent in English both written and verbal
