Executive Assistant

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a desire to influence your own role as well as make a difference to the people around you? Then this is a unique opportunity to support the top management of VERO MODA and be right-hand to our Brand Director.

This is an exciting time to join our fast-paced and growing business. We have a lot of projects ahead of us and you will gain unique insights, as you support our Director and the top management team on this journey.

THE POSITION
As Executive Assistant, you act as a central point of contact and provide full support in relation to the administrative and organisational needs of the Brand Director. In addition, you ensure that VERO MODA's organisational processes run efficiently and hold responsibility for driving a variety of projects within communication and organisational optimisation.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Acting as the interface between internal and external contacts and the Brand Director
• Daily support of the Brand Director in terms of calendar handling, scheduling and preparation of external and internal meetings as well as making travel arrangements
• Supporting the Brand Director with employee-related matters such as onboarding of new employees
• Following up on projects and tasks
• Collaborating with the PEOPLE Business Partner to solve administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinating organisational activities, including team building and social events

PERSONAL PROFILE
You like to work in a busy and dynamic work environment, and you thrive in having a broad contact surface, where you can have a positive impact. Your ability to prioritize and act with foresight is a given, and you are able to coordinate, communicate and collaborate internally as well as externally in a professional and efficient way. You are structured as well as detail- and result-oriented in all your efforts. And you handle tasks with discretion and loyalty. You are a quick learner and can act fast and solve sudden issues with a positive and can-do attitude.

Furthermore, we imagine you have:

• At least 5 years of experience from a similar position in an international organisation
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Superuser of MS Office tools combined with the curiosity to get to know more tools
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
