Sasha was born out of a personal experience with image abuse. Founder Thomas Eriksson saw a close relative have her trust violated through non-consensual photo sharing.

The experience made two things clear to him. Firstly, online abuse leaves victims feeling betrayed, hurt and powerless and allows many perpetrators to get away with it without suffering any consequence. Secondly, there was no sufficiently effective technology on the market that made image sharing safe. These two realizations became the initial seed for Sasha and our mission to fight image abuse.

Sasha ) is redefining image authenticity and digital trust. Our technology provides invisible watermarking and forensic protection for images, empowering individuals, brands, and platforms to verify origin, detect tampering, and prevent misuse of visual content. We work globally with leading brands, social media companies, and regulators to combat image-based abuse and protect user integrity online.

Sasha is headquartered in Denmark, Odense and employs 25 people. We are looking for a Sales Director, who can enter partnerships with SoMe platforms and e-commerce websites.

You can work from or office in Denmark or remote in Europe or U.S.

Your new adventure

You will lead Sasha's global commercial efforts toward major social media, user-generated content platforms and e-commerce websites.

You will be responsible for developing partnerships with SoMe and e-commerce platforms - building executive-level relationships, and driving adoption of Sasha's image-authenticity solutions across moderation, trust & safety, and platform integrity functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Sasha's sales and partnership strategy for SoMe and e-commerce platforms globally.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, and Platform Integrity teams.
  • Map and understand existing moderation workflows, AI tools, and partner integrations within each platform.
  • Present Sasha's technology as a complement to or upgrade of existing moderation and verification systems.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align client needs with roadmap priorities.
  • Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements.
  • Represent Sasha at global industry events, conferences, and policy discussions related to content authenticity and moderation.
  • Provide thought leadership on trends in online image abuse, privacy, and content authenticity.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.

Travel days: 60 annually.

Who are you?

You are an experienced SaaS Business Developer with expertise in image moderation ecosystems, platform policy enforcement, and digital rights protection.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in Trust & Safety, Platform Integrity, or AI Content Moderation divisions at major platforms or vendors.
  • Strong network within major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X, Snap, Google, Reddit, and others in the content and moderation domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), UK online Safety Act, or similar. Understanding of content moderation systems, including AI-based detection tools, human review processes, and escalation policies.
  • Knowledge of digital watermarking, forensic imaging, or media authenticity technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development in the social media, ad tech, or trust & safety space.
  • Proven track record of selling or integrating technology solutions to large-scale platforms. (SoMe platforms, ad tech, online media)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at C-level.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and technical fluency.
  • Strong at executing go-to-market plan: Plan, executive, follow-up.
  • Experience working across global markets and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • High integrity and passion for online safety, privacy, and user protection.
