Are you passionate about delivering meaningful results and building strong, collaborative project teams? We are looking for an experienced project and implementation manager who will thrive on making a real impact. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of projects that achieve outstanding results while fostering a supportive and dynamic environment for all stakeholders involved.

We are part of Global Quality Management & Systems, which plays a key role in designing, setting direction, and driving the global quality agenda. We ensure the right quality levels and compliance across systems and processes—from development to the customer— working hand-in-hand with other areas of the Quality organization.

In This Role You'll Make An Impact By

• Being the global lead and setting the direction for QMS projects, processes, systems and excellence
• Driving and managing global QMS implementations to secure effective roll-outs and operational integration
• Driving and facilitating QMS process optimisation to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Contributing to the strategic road-map for global quality systems and ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Driving change management activities to ensure strong stakeholder engagement and sustainable adoption
• Facilitating ad hoc problem-solving in complex, cross-functional challenges
• Bringing people and expertise together across functions while remaining hands-on and stepping in when needed

To Succeed You Must Hold

• M.Sc. in Food Science or a related field
• Process consultant certification or similar experience
• At least 5 years of experience with global QMS projects and implementations
• Strategic mindset with the ability to combine high-level vision and operational details
• Thorough knowledge of quality processes and systems
• Ability to navigate complexity and drive pragmatic solutions
• Knowledge of ISO 22000 and 21 CFR Part 11/GAMP5 standards
• Demonstrated change management skills, collaboration and people
