About the Role

Senior QA Engineer
to take ownership of the test strategy and quality assurance efforts for our
Trackman Broadcast Solution
—a game-changing platform that powers professional tournament golf broadcasts around the world. From graphics-enhanced live TV to immersive internet content, we are on a mission to
"track every shot"
and we need your QA expertise to get us there.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, and who has a sharp eye for both technical precision and system-wide stability.

Key Responsibilities
QA Strategy & Leadership

• Own and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy for the Broadcast solution.
• Champion a system-level testing approach, ensuring robust validation across the broadcast ecosystem.
• Define risk-based testing practices aligned with business priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and Project Managers to align QA efforts with release cycles.
• Communicate test progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and risk assessments.

Production Oversight

• Maintain visibility into production deployments, ensuring version control and compatibility.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage customer-specific configurations and mitigate update risks.

Test Execution & Validation

• Execute manual and exploratory testing, including real-world scenario validation with QA Golfers.
• Perform regression, performance, and stability testing across environments.

Test Automation & Efficiency

• Identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of API, integration, and UI automation scripts (e.g., Cypress or custom frameworks)
• Advocate for ROI-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior role (preferably in broadcast, IoT, or sports tech).
• Strong background in system-level testing (hardware/software integration is a plus).
• Experience in test automation (cypress) and CI/CD integration.
• Ability to analyse production environments and troubleshoot versioning issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• (Bonus) Experience with Trackman systems, video streaming, or sports data analytics.

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
