You create value for Telenor's business in the ISIT category
You'll join our evolving Nordic Procurement organization in the ISIT category – including hardware, software, IT services, and digital infrastructure across our Nordic Business Units. As part of our newly unified procurement setup, you'll play a key role in shaping how we work across countries, systems and suppliers. The Nordic team collaborates with Telenor Procurement Company (Singapore), which means you will take on a Nordic role with international interfaces and stakeholders across borders in the Nordic region.

In this role, you will be involved in developing and managing sourcing strategies within ISIT. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and translate these into long-term sourcing strategies and commercial models that create value and contribute to our shared progress in Telenor.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing sourcing projects end-to-end
• Developing sourcing strategies for your category
• Building stakeholder relationships and ensuring performance and compliance across suppliers and agreements.
• Promoting continuous improvement in cost-efficiency, quality and risk mitigation – and help embed sustainability and innovation in everything we do.

You bring sourcing acumen, stakeholder focus, and curiosity
To thrive in this role, we expect you to bring practical experience within strategic sourcing or relevant commercial/technical roles. You're structured, strategic and value-driven – and you enjoy collaborating across functions, cultures and markets. You've worked with sourcing in areas of the ISIT category and are skilled in managing negotiations, contracts, and complex stakeholder dialogue. You're comfortable navigating legal frameworks, managing risk and working with supplier KPIs. We aim to be a strategic sourcing function that effectively responds to business needs by thoroughly understanding current agreements and supplier portfolios, empowering us to develop long-term Nordic solutions and engage in cross-border projects.

We imagine you can relate to several of the following:

• You have solid experience with strategic sourcing in IT, such as software, hardware or services
• You have demonstrated skills in navigating complex sourcing landscapes and delivering results in cross-functional environments.
• You understand the balance between commercial value, compliance and stakeholder needs
• You're skilled in managing sourcing processes from strategy to execution – and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

While English is the primary working language in the role, understand and express yourself in Danish or another Scandinavian language is important, especially when engaging with local stakeholders.
