As our Network Architect, you will have a key role in shaping the future of our global IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing network architecture that supports innovation, performance, and security across our diverse business units.

The team you will be part of:

At our global HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join our Core Networks team, within our IT Security & Network, reporting to the Head of Core Network, Kenneth Jacobsen.

You will be part of a truly global team with colleagues located around the world. As part of our global Digital, Data and IT (DDI) function – and our Enterprise Platforms department -you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the global GN Group, incl. other IT teams and our CISO in an informal work environment.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Developing roadmaps for the IT Network infrastructure.
• Design and implement global IT network infrastructure.
• Participate in relevant IT projects involving key stakeholders around the globe.
• Level 3 support for network on both old and new infrastructure (Aruba, Cisco, HPE, Checkpoint).

We are open for your experience and background, where the following will be clear advantages for you to be thriving in your new position with us:

• Experienced with Enterprise network design and implementation.
• Experienced with enterprise network security design and implementation.
• Experienced with Cisco based LAN/WIFI (incl. Catalyst Center, SDA, ISE).
• Knowledge ZTNA and FW technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud networking technologies.
• The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders.
• Staying up to date with industry innovations and emerging technologies to ensure future-proof network solutions.
• An educational background within Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields of study.
• An analytical and methodical approach to your work.
• Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.

You enjoy working with others, as well as working with your own tasks and taking initiative when needed. You are also customer focused with the ability to bridge technical aspects with the wider organization.
