The team plays a central role in defining and driving architectural direction across our strategic platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, and PTC Windchill. The chapter works closely with product teams, technical leads, and the digital architecture team to ensure scalable, sustainable, and business-aligned platform solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Platform Architecture chapter, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growthDefine and drive architectural principles and design across strategic platforms in Digital Solutions in collaboration with products, product areas, Technical Area Leads and the digital Architecture teamCollaborate with Product Owners, Technical Area Leads and architectural leaders to ensure platform architecture supports business needs and future scalabilityEstablish and maintain architectural standards, principles, and best practicesAct as a thought leader and trusted advisor on Platform architecture topicsPromote collaboration across chapters, teams, and areasQualificationsExtensive experience in at least one of the core platforms - SAP, Salesforce or PTC WindchillExtensive experience in enterprise/platform architecture leadership roles, ideally within large-scale digital environmentsThorough understanding of modern architecture patterns (e.g., cloud-native, microservices, event-driven architecture)Demonstrated ability to lead and develop effective technical teamsStrategic mindset with the ability to translate product needs into architectural solutionsExperience working in agile and product-oriented organizationsCompetenciesStrategic Visioning: Ability to define and communicate a clear architectural direction that aligns with business goals and drives platform developmentStakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage relationships across technical and business domains.
