You will be part of the Product Design Chapter within the Digital Customer Engagement department, collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams in an environment where empowerment, learning and growth are central to how we work.ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate continuous discovery activities to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities related to identity and access managementCollaborate closely with the rest of the product trio (Product Manager and Lead Engineer) to design solutions that support both customer and internal user journeysWork on a technically complex and business-critical product that enables seamless user onboarding, authentication, and account managementBuild and quality-assure UI components in FigmaQualificationsYou have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX designer, UX researcher or similarHave experience working in product-led environments and in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers within SaaS or complex B2B solutionsHave experience with continuous discovery and user research, and are proficient in using Figma for creating and maintaining design componentsHave experience designing within complex systems and environmentsHave experience working with product metrics, behavioral data, and frameworks such as OKRs to align design decisions with product goalsExperience contributing to or developing a design system would be beneficialAre fluent in English, both written and spokenCompetenciesYou have a growth mindset and are motivated by learning, sharing knowledge, and refining your craftYou enjoy collaborating with others to solve complex problemsYou are curious and experimental in your design approachYou can translate user insights into actionable design solutionsYou communicate clearly with stakeholders and navigate trade-offs effectivelyWhat we offerAt Vestas, you will join a global organization that is evolving toward a fully product-led model with strong support for user-centric design.
