About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions, and supporting their long-term success. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and growth, while collaborating internally to deliver exceptional experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers in Denmark and the wider region.
- Build strong, trusted relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Lead onboarding processes and ensure a smooth adoption of our solutions.
- Understand customers' business goals and translate them into success plans.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with Sales.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to renewal.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to improve the customer experience.
- Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs.
You'll have
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
- Ability to understand complex solutions and explain them in a simple, value-driven way.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Comfortable working with CRM and customer success tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
