MULIGHEDEN
Som Junior Operations Specialist bliver du en vigtig del af vores team og en central spiller i vores daglige drift. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med kunder, leverandører og kollegaer og få erfaring med alt fra kundeservice til problemløsning og procesoptimering.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Hjælpe kunder og leverandører med professionelle og hurtige løsninger via chat, e-mail og telefon
  • Identificere og løse udfordringer for at sikre en problemfri drift
  • Bidrage til at skabe bedre arbejdsprocesser og højere effektivitet
  • Være en del af den daglige drift og koordinering af opgaver

Du behøver ikke at have erfaring med logistik eller kundeservice vi lærer dig det, du skal vide Det er dog et stort plus, hvis du har erfaring med en af delene.
