Project Manager, Software Life Cycle Management

Jabra, a renowned global brand in audio and video solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated SW Project Manager overseeing InMarket SW development and release activities in our video systems team.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Work from our HQ in Ballerup with continuous InMarket SW development, qualification, and implementation of Jabra video product updates.
• Plan and execute SW service & value pack releases to secure our products always support requested features and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Sales, Jabra Support and Quality functions.
• Manage escalated product support cases, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis together with other R&D engineers to deliver a solution for our customers.
• Request features in SAFe development framework in timely manner for prioritizations.
• Communicate progress, risk and status to management and other key stakeholders.
• Show clear leadership and be actively responsible for assigned tasks – never assume things are happening by themselves.
• Track project KPIs on cost, quality & schedule and secure timely mitigations if needed.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Are a skilled Project Manager with solid SW technical skills, familiar with project management tools and Agile methods.
• Possess good collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams across functions and borders within an international organization.
• Have the know-how to handle high technical complexity, architecture. innovation and quality-focused work.
• Have experience in working with external development partners
• Have extensive SW experience and have delivered complex systems. specially operating in a MS Teams/ Zoom type operating eco system.
• Are familiar with root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement methods e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa/fishbone, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, 8D or equivalent
• Have an engineering background, a MSc in Computer Science or equivalent, given our product systems are highly complex innovative technical systems.
• Are proficient in written and spoken English
