The Global DBS Director
is responsible for driving the implementation, maturity, and sustainability of the Danaher Business System (DBS) across Radiometer's Global Operations and Supply Chain. This role strengthens Radiometer's Global Operations by driving DBS deployment, capability building, and a culture of disciplined problem solving and continuous improvement.

This position reports to the Vice President of Global Operations with a strong dotted line to the Vice President of DBS and is part of Operations' senior leadership team. The role is onsite located in Brønshøj Copenhagen, but regular travel to our other production sites is expected.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Serve as a lean expert and drive sustained operational improvements across global Operations by applying DBS fundamentals and Lean tools, ensuring stable processes, effective flow and measurable impact.
• Lead OPS L2 Policy Deployment, KPI development, and performance review processes, ensuring clear priorities, alignment across sites, and disciplined follow-up.
• Develop and elevate DBS capability and maturity across Operations leaders, DBSLs, DBS Agents, and CP/ACP candidates to strengthen the global continuous improvement culture.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, DBS training and leadership development, ensuring that Kaizens become a sustainable "way of life" supported by effective Kaizen funnel management.
• Act as a hands-on, high-energy change facilitator, coaching the VP, Global Operations and OPS L2 Leadership Team, modeling DBS behaviors at Gemba, and promoting disciplined execution.
• Organize, coach, and lead the global Operations DBSL community, driving cross-site collaboration, sharing best practices, and contributing to Radiometer's broader DBS strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate and align with the VP DBS and other functional DBS leaders to improve cross functional business processes, improving overall Radiometer performance and DBS maturity.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Academic degree in Business administration, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• 10 years of hands-on experience implementing improvements in a continuous improvement environment (DBS, Lean, TPS, etc.)
• 5+ years' experience as senior manager or similar role in manufacturing, engineering and/or supply chain.

Travel

• Ability to travel %

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of key DBS and Lean tools across Operations, Supply Chain, and Materials (DMS/Kanban or industry equivalents).
• Experience managing people and/or projects in an international matrix organization
• Ideally, experience from medical device, pharma or other regulated industry.
